Concept:-

Walling does not lend itself to project packs as easily as patio paving kits because walls vary in height and length and  so do not have a fixed shape. However, we have designed a 'Project Pack' of  different sized walling blocks to save you any hassle of trying to work out what block sizes & quantities to purchase from single size packs etc.

In conjunction with the Project Packs, we have a produced a pattern (see below)

Customers can obviously lay the blocks in any pattern they wish but the project packs are made up with the exact contents to repeat the pattern 4 times.

Some information you may need is that the completed wall is 5.8m long and 525mm high. It is built in a straight line but could easily be turned through 90 degree corners at the end of each pattern. The pattern is repeated 4 times along the length of the wall. We would not recommend building the wall higher than this without a second skin of dense blocks behind it and wall ties to hold the two leaves together.

Each pack = 3m2 approx

The few blocks which need to be cut are only those of the smallest size, 65 x 215 and this is easily done with a bolster chisel and lump hammer. If you follow the laying pattern, the size the small blocks need to be cut to will become apparent.

Made from high quality natural aggregates, re-creating the colour, beauty and strength of real stone.

This walling has been produced in the heart of the Cotswolds for in excess of 30 years.
