Delivery Times / Despatch Times etc
In general, our aim is to despatch the products that you have ordered within 3 working days unless otherwise specified.
An exception to this is the Cast Stone Ornamental section in which many of the products are made to order (where this is the case a time allowance is stated within the product description). There maybe other cases such as if the product is out of stock or currently un-available for whatever reason. In this situation we shall let you know as soon as possible.
Once we have despatched your order and if the order is being delivered to you via a pallet courier, the goods normally take 48 hours to reach you. It maybe possible to upgrade the service (at an additional cost) to a 24 hour, next day delivery. Please contact us for details of this service.
If another delivery service is being used such as crane wagon hi-ab or van courier, we will liase with you to keep you informed of intended delivery times. We always request a contact telephone number in order to keep you fully aware of delivery times etc.
Although we stock many products here at Barton Fields, many of the products we supply are shipped direct from the manufacturer. This is one of the ways we can keep overall costs to a minimum and offer you truly competitive prices.
Finally, although we do not experience many delivery problems, we cannot guarantee delivery times and days. There are situations such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic congestion and other factors that result in the goods not being delivered on the day that was originally specified. If you have not received your order on the day it was scheduled, please contact us and we will make the necessary calls to find out what the situation is.
